How do I request a return?
Please contact us within seven days of delivery through WhatsApp to request a return.
What condition must items meet?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and quality reasons, worn, washed, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
What happens after return approval?
Once approved, we will share return instructions and arrange collection where available.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after inspection, using the original payment method where applicable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Received the wrong or damaged item? Message us on WhatsApp promptly with order photos.
